Learn English in a Canadian Public School

Placement programs for parents and children aged 5 - 11

Go English is a placement program catering to parents seeking English language learning opportunities for their children in Canada's public schools. Based in beautiful Kimberley, British Columbia, the program is a partnership between Alpine English School (AES) and Rocky Mountain School Disctrict #6 to offer innovative English language programs that cater to international families. From short-term ESL holidays to ten month school year packages, Go English has program placements designed to help parents and their children achieve their study abroad goals.

The Go English program is focused on families. Participating children must be accompanied by one or both of their parents. Moms and/or dads have the option of studying full or part-time at AES while their kids attend a local public school. AES's timetable is designed to permit parents to take their children to and from school and to participate in after school and evening clubs and sports. The Go English program supports its participants in and out of the classroom to ensure their stay in Canada is enjoyable and effective. Our Coordinator of Student Services organizes events and activities that help both parent and child integrate into the community. Our Mother Mentor program pairs international mothers with local women who help them with shopping, health care, accommodation issues to help them adjust to living in Canada. (more)

Go English is designed to be a complete study abroad solution for young children and their parents. The goal of the program is to take care of its participants in and out of school. Learning English in Canada is a tremendous opportunity. Go English can help both parent and child achieve their goals and enjoy their stay. (more)
