Go English Application Process

A step-by-step guide for program participants

We have done our best to make the Go English application process as quick and easy as possible. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  1. Parent chooses a package and fills out an application form
  2. Parent sends (fax, regular mail, email) application to Go English
  3. Go English emails parent an invoice, payment instructions and program itinerary
  4. Parent makes payment
  5. School District No. 6 sends child a Letter of Acceptance. Alpine English School sends parent a Letter of Acceptance (Basic and Premium packages), receipt of payment and a registration welcome package.
  6. Go English contacts parent to arrange and/or confirm accommodations.
  7. Parent sends flight arrival information to Go English.
  8. Go English meets parent and child at Cranbrook Airport and transports them to their chosen accommodation in Kimberley.
  9. Parent and child report to Alpine English School on first business day after arrival for English assessment and community orientation.
  10. Child begins public school and parent begins classes at Alpine English School the next day or as per agreed upon program itinerary.
