Alpine English School Registration Process

A step-by-step guide for new students

We have done our best to make Alpine English School (AES) registration process as quick and easy as possible. If you have any questions about any aspect of the process, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  1. Student chooses a program and fills out an online registration form
  2. Student fills out a homestay application form (optional)
  3. AES emails student an invoice and payment instructions
  4. Student makes payment
  5. AES sends student a Letter of Acceptance, a receipt of payment and a registration gift package. (If student plans to study longer than 6 months, Letter of Acceptance can be used to apply for a Study Visa.)
  6. Student sends flight arrival information to AES.
  7. AES will meet students who request pick-up at Cranbrook Airport and transport them to their chosen accommodation in Kimberley.
  8. Student reports to AES on first day of program for placement testing and orientation.
  9. Classes at AES begin that afternoon or the next day, depending on program package.

IMPORTANT: Please review AES's administrative policies and procedures prior to proceeding with your registration. You may also wish to view a sample invoice to better understand how packages are billed.
